Although the appeals department is small, they are extremely effective and hardworking. However, it just wasn’t possible to get through the amount of work we had on our own and it was clear that we needed a viable solution,” said Jill Forgey, RN, BSN, MBA, Director, Revenue Integrity Erlanger Health System.

Their complimentary resources were also very helpful for us. It is an absolute necessity for us now and we couldn’t be happier with our results,” said Forgey.
