Systems Analyst
As a System Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining the analytical processes and reporting products supporting the company’s understanding of its operational and clinical performance
- Analysis of client claims data to assess trend performance, analyze company performance vs. contract parameters; investigating potential operational and clinical opportunities
- Performing ongoing assessment and maintenance of high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the department’s data collection-to-reporting pipeline, as well as implementation of new technologies
- Implementation of special initiatives to support the analytical/reporting needs of the company and its clients
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience with healthcare data in a managed care setting
- Accurate attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Adept at managing data within a client/server environment and proficiency in SQL
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
