		<description>Ms. Wilson,

It is exciting to read about someone else who is as passionate as I am in not accepting a denial of payment for services. I found my niche in nursing when I took a part-time position in utilization review (UR) in 2006. I got more job satisfaction out of doing UR than I did from patient care. At the end of each day, after getting authorization numbers on patient admissions, I felt like I was really making a difference at the hospital for once in my career! I had had a wonderful mentor who trained me to dig and keep looking in the medical record to find ways to get the hospital paid. I just loved being a sleuth and a problem-solver.

So anyway, I just wanted to tell you that I share your passion in being diligent and it is nice to &quot;meet&quot; someone else who is just as serious about helping others (your organization&#039;s clients and their patients). I am eager to watch your webinar once IHI approves me for registration. I am really looking forward to it! Have a great day.

Cordially,
